Our court admissible paternity testing procedure follows a strict chain of custody which ensures that our test results are legally defensible in court. Strict chain of custody requires that the samples are collected by a doctor, photo Identification is taken from all parties, samples are sealed with tamper evident tape, and samples are securely packed for shipment to the laboratory. When the samples arrive at the laboratory they are inspected thoroughly for tampering before paternity testing is conducted.
We handle all aspects of Court Admissible Paternity testing, we liaise we each parties solicitors and organise doctors appointments for the people being tested. Very often we organise separate collection appointments for the mother and child and the alleged father. We strive to handle this process in a timely and efficient manner.

Time Frame
Once the swabs have arrived in the laboratory for a Paternity test, results are produced within 5 working days.

- We liaise with the all parties to organise the DNA test.
- We make separate doctors appointments for the Mother & Child and the alleged father.
- Once samples have been collected by the doctor they are sent directly to laboratory.
- Results are produced after five working days.
- Results are sent to the clients solicitors.
